Discover the Bauges Regional Natural Park labeled Unesco World Geopark for its remarkable geological heritage. Between lakes and mountains, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges, launch this cyclist challenge. A succession of varied landscapes throughout the day with the passage of some remarkable places such as the val de Tamié with its abbey, a breathtaking view of Annecy Lake, the Belvedere of Revard, the Col du Frêne...

Schedule

Departure & Arrival : Albertville   

Route : 160 km and 3200m positive elevation

From Albertville, you will leave towards Haute Savoie via the Col de Tamié and cross the Val de Tamié to reach Faverges.

 

As you approach Annecy, you will enter the heart of the subject in the Massif des Bauges area where you will first overlook Annecy Lake then Bourget lake, the largest natural lake in France.

 

You will stay perched in the Bauges massif for the return before going down the Frêne pass and join the wine route to reach Albertville.

 

A support vehicle will be available for the transport of the day luggage, refueling and mechanical assistance.

 

At midday, a lunch break will be offered on a magnificent viewpoint overlooking Bourget Lake.
